Quectel Wireless Solutions, a global IoT solutions provider, said on Monday that it is proud to introduce the SG882G, its latest flagship Android/Linux smart module, designed to deliver exceptional computing power, multimedia capabilities, and seamless connectivity for industrial and consumer applications.
Measuring just 33.0mm × 39.0mm × 3.85mm, the SG882G combines a compact form factor with powerful performance, seamlessly executing edge computing algorithms. Its high processing capability makes it ideal for space-constrained applications that demand efficient, real-time data processing, the company said.

The SG882G Features
According to the report, the SG882G is powered by the advanced QCS8550 IoT chipset from Qualcomm Technologies and features a Kryo CPU. The SG882G is designed to support high-performance applications requiring edge computing and real-time multimedia streaming. The SG882G also features an Adreno 740 GPU and a 48 TOPS neural processing unit, providing exceptional computing performance for complex workloads.
Quectel Launches LG580P RTK GNSS Module for Precision Navigation
Quectel Wireless Solutions, on Monday, also announced the launch of the LG580P, a multi-constellation, multi-band GNSS module designed for high-precision positioning. The module supports multi-band signals across L1, L2, L5, and L6, allowing real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning and integrating a dual antenna heading algorithm for enhanced accuracy and reliability.
